SECURITY
All on-line credit card transactions take place on SSL secure servers. PayPal & Protx automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to their site, their servers check that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher. PayPal & Protx offer security to many millions of customers world-wide. This site does need to store cookies in your browser in order for the shopping basket to process orders, but this is the only function of and our sole use of the cookies.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
Espresso Services does not sell, rent or give out personal details, you submit, to any 3rd party. We may use your phone number, address or e-mail address to contact you about an order. Any personal details gathered from orders or enquiries (collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) are kept safely on our computer.
We do not send random marketing e-mails to personal e-mail addresses (Spam) in accordance with the (Privacy & Electronic Communications Act passed into law 11 DEC 03).
ORDERING
If a product is out of stock when you place your order, we will contact you to let you know when we will be available to ship it. If a product is completely unavailable when you place your order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative replacement.
While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown in our on-line product catalogue are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.
We will usually dispatch goods within 48 hours. If we are unable to despatch your order within 5 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order. We reserve the right not to accept an order.
We are able to accept orders for delivery outside the UK. If an on-line payment is placed for delivery outside the UK please make sure the correct postal destination is applied.

All prices are shown in £ Sterling and exclude VAT @ 17.5%, where applicable.

Delivery is normally within 5 working days (UK Mainland) and is the responsibility of the purchaser once the order has been received by them.
As a company we make every effort to maintain stock levels but, as we introduce new items, we phase out some of the old ones. Inevitably stock levels of these items will fall.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
If an order needs to be cancelled please contact us on 0141 425 1083 immediately. If we are unable to fulfil an order we will contact you with an alternative or you may request to cancel the order. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaints should be sent in writing to Espresso Services Unit 34, Elderpark Workspace 100 Elderpark Street Glasgow G51 3TR. We endeavour to answer complaints within 48 hours and complaints are treated in strict confidence.
