The Espresso Shop always has commercial and domestic machines available, in our showroom, for inspection. If you would like to come and visit us, to have a coffee and a chat, it is advisable to telephone before hand.

Whether you require install, setup and training on your new machine or you require general servicing or maintenance, Espressotec can help. Espressotec provide extended warranties and maintenance contracts for basic breakdown cover and from servicing to boiler inspections always including 7day telephone support.

La Pavoni - Domestic
|

Espresso Services is an authorised UK repair centre for La Pavoni domestic espresso machines. If you want your machine serviced or repaired you need to contact us on the above numbers or you can send your machine to our Glasgow Workshop. If you are able to repair your own machine we can supply you with all the parts necessary, you can find the part numbers you require from the diagrams shown on the Pavoni website: - http://www.lapavoni.com.

Second-hand Machines
|

Occasionally we have second hand machines available. These machines are checked over in
our workshop and are put out in good working condition but with limited warranty. You are welcome to call 0141 425 1083 and find out what we have in stock.

Barista Training
|
|
|
We are happy to give Barista training, by appointment, at our premises or, for our commercial coffee customers, onsite at your premises.

Finance
|
|
|
We can help to arrange finance, over 36 months, for the purchase of machines and packages with a value of £1,000.00 and above subject to acceptance. New businesses are welcome and encouraged.

Rental
|
|
|
We can arrange a rental package (subject to finance approval) where the machine is supplied, installed and maintained for a realistic monthly sum. No more costly downtime or unexpected bills. Complete 2 group auto packages from only £24.50 + VAT per week.

|
Prepared Site
|
|
|
Where the requirement for installation requires a prepared site the correct power and water
supply must be within one metre of the machine to be installed. We always recommend the installation of a water filter/softener when installing machines.

|
|
Call Out Service
|
|
|
We can service and repair all commercial traditional espresso machines and most bean to cup espresso machines. Service calls are invoiced with a Call Out charge, Time on Site and Parts Used. Should you require an engineer outside of normal working hours, we will endeavour to accommodate your needs although there will be an additional charge.
Espresso Services offers a seven day service to the trade, prices are available upon request.
All calls are treated on a first come, first served basis, although we do try to get to everyone within 24 hours of the call being received.
Our engineers always carry a wide range of spares, however, should the machine require a specific non stock part then a return visit may be required.
All spare parts will be charged at our normal trade list prices.

Maintenance
|
|
|
Our factory trained engineers can take care of all your commercial espresso coffee machine repairs. We offer the supply, installation, servicing and repair of all makes of commercial coffee machines across most of the UK.
A boiler inspection is required on all appliance’s which produces steam in a commercial environment, this is part of the H.S.E ’s pressure vessels act currently in force in the Uk . This inspection, relating to the pressure test on the boiler, must be carried out every 12 months by a competent person and is an insurance requirement. The Boiler Inspection and Pressure Test Report is becoming more commonly enforced by local authorities.
Our experienced team of independent service professionals solve 95% of all calls on site & first time. Their aim is to answer all urgent calls as soon as possible and non-urgent within twenty four hours. If your espresso machine has to be taken to the workshop then we will endeavour to leave you with a loan machine to keep you serving decent coffee.
