The 8 cup Europiccola and the 16 cup Professional are largely constructed of cast brass and are built to last. Over time, with use, certain parts will require to be replaced and below you will find the items you require.

The ‘New’ and ‘Old’ service kits listed below provide all the seals and gaskets required to keep your Pavoni lever machine operational plus a sachet of descaler which will give the boiler a good clean and a dollop of teflon grease for reassembling the grouphead.

The group changed around 2001 from being straight sided to curved and the filter baskets, where you put the coffee, increased from 58mm diameter (Old Group) to 60mm diameter (New Group).
