Our UK domestic service centre is based in Glasgow and is happy to receive and service most quality domestic espresso machines.
We are able to service the full range of Pavoni machines for which we carry a very comprehensive stock of spares. We are an official service and repair centre for Pavoni and are authorised to carry out all warranty work for Pavoni domestic machines. You are welcome to send us your Pavoni machine from anywhere within the UK and Ireland and we will repair, service and return. Please contact us for an approximate costing for your machine.

We are an official service and repair centre for Delonghi and are authorised to carry out all warranty work for all Delonghi domestic appliances including Delonghi espresso machines.

For all other makes of domestic traditional espresso machines, such as Gaggia and Elektra, you are welcome to bring into and leave at our Glasgow workshop, we will service and repair providing we have or can source the spares required.

By far and away the biggest cause of machine problems is Lime Scale. To keep your machine working and pouring coffee as it should you should descale and clean using Puly Baby every 3 months, no matter where you stay.
