The Espresso Shop was founded in 1991 by its present owner Margaret Martin, a highly experienced retail manager for many years. The company has been built with strong foundations of experience, quality of products and quality of service.
This company, which is a very active family business, has been growing from strength to strength through sales, service, manufacturing, importing and exporting a broad range of coffee related products.
After sales service is the most effective and efficient way to maintain a loyal customer base. We keep a vast amount of spare parts for domestic and commercial espresso machines to enable us to maintain and repair most makes of espresso machine as quickly as possible.
At The Espresso Shop we consider our service to be prompt and efficient and our mission is to provide a fast and reliable service in the field of coffee, by making available and supplying quality assured products.
By working in an honest and discrete manner we provide a safe business environment to our existing and potential customers and offer competitive and reliable solutions to our clients problems and aspirations.

Our experienced staff will answer your calls personally whenever possible, no queues no music, no options to choose! If you can't find what you want on our site just e-mail, fax or phone us to request the information you require.

Returns Policy

If you are within the EU and want to return a product to us within 30 days of its delivery to you, it must be unused, in its original packaging and complete with instruction manuals. Provided the goods were not supplied to you by special order and are currently shown on our or website we are happy to accept return of the goods and give a full refund of the original purchase cost.
Items supplied to you by special order that are not listed on our website may not be returned unless they were received faulty or damaged. In all cases of return we must be notified in writing within 7 days of the receipt of the goods.
